Born in Pau in 1991, Ivan Mader is a French actor and director bilingual in Italian and English.

In 2009, he joined the International Academy of Performing Arts directed by Carlo Boso and Danuta Zarazik. After three years of training he graduated in 2012.

Since then, he has worked professionally with a little over 1000 theatrical performances to his credit with, among others, the Avanti Company!

(of which he is the co-founder), the Compagnie de L'Instant Avant L'Aube and of course Magma Theater & Film which he created with his partner

Antea Magaldi.

He also works in schools as a theater teacher. From 2016 to 2022 he coaches elementary school students in Versailles for the “Little Champions of Reading” event for reading aloud.

After a long career in the theatrical environment, he decided to move towards audiovisual production. He continues his training by focusing on a more natural and organic style of play.

 

In 2019 he met Lola Cohen, professor at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York, with whom he did several internships, in Paris, Milan and New York. He will then also be selected for an exceptional showcase in Paris in April 2023 with David Strasberg, Dig Wayne (life member of the Actor Studio) and Paul Rush.

In 2023, he also goes behind the camera with the production oftwo short films with the complicity of Antea Magaldi.
